Not Just Fitness Behavior, Faith & Growth
Most people think they need more motivation…
What they really need is a system that works with their behavior, not against it.
I didn’t start FitwHarm to build a brand.
I started it because I needed change that goes deeper than motivation.
There was a time when I was doing everything right on paper: counting macros, following programs, showing up to the gym even when I was exhausted. Deep down, I was stuck in the same cycle — start strong, burn out, repeat. It wasn’t a lack of effort. It was a lack of alignment.
Through faith, I started to slow down. I stopped chasing perfection and started asking why. Why did I give up when things got hard? Why was I training my body but neglecting my peace? That’s when everything shifted.
Faith gave me patience. Behavior gave me structure. Fitness gave me freedom.
Now, I help others build the same foundation. One that honors their capacity, values, and calling. Transformation isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what matters with intention. FitwHarm is my way of showing that growth can be grounded, peaceful, and powerful all at once.

🧠 What Is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?
Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA, is the science of understanding why we do what we do and how to make lasting, meaningful change.
It’s not just for therapy or classrooms; it’s for everyday life.
At its core, ABA studies the connection between our environment, behavior, and outcomes. It looks at what motivates us, what reinforces our actions, and how we can design systems that make healthy, aligned choices easier.
What makes ABA unique is that it’s evidence-based. Everything is rooted in data, observation, and real results.
It helps people break old habits, manage stress, and create structure when life feels chaotic.
When used intentionally, ABA can support almost anything you want to grow in, from fitness and nutrition, to time management, to consistency in your routines.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about understanding patterns and creating realistic ways to move forward.
💼 What I Do as a Behavior Analyst
As a Licensed Behavior Analyst, Fitness Coach, and Nutrition Coach, I combine the science of ABA with the structure of fitness and the grounding of faith.
In my work, I help clients:
✅ Understand their patterns: why they start strong, lose steam, or fall into familiar habits
✅ Build systems that fit their real life: because structure should serve you, not control you
✅ Use data as guidance, not judgment: tracking progress through habits, energy, and mindset
✅ Develop consistency that feels peaceful, not punishing: creating change that aligns with their capacity and values
✅ Strengthen faith through action: learning how obedience, discipline, and self-awareness work together to build confidence and peace
What I love about behavior analysis is that it’s not about doing more.
It’s about working smarter, with compassion and intention.
Instead of chasing motivation, we use proven behavioral tools to help you create the habits, mindset, and structure that make consistency possible in this busy world.
When you learn how behavior really works, you stop fighting against yourself and start building patterns that support the person you’re becoming.
